CASE STUDY
Supported the integration of Webex Events into Cisco's digital ecosystem by modernizing the website, improving user experiences, implementing experimentation, and aligning digital operations with enterprise standards.

01
Following Cisco's acquisition of Socio, Webex Events underwent a significant transformation as it became part of the broader Webex product portfolio. As a Digital Marketing Manager, I partnered across Marketing, Product, Design, Engineering, Legal, and Analytics to modernize the website, optimize digital experiences, and support the platform's integration into Cisco's enterprise ecosystem.
02
As Webex Events became part of Cisco, the website needed to evolve alongside the product. Existing systems, integrations, analytics, compliance requirements, and digital experiences all required evaluation and modernization to align with Cisco's enterprise standards.
The challenge wasn't simply migrating content, it was thoughtfully integrating products, technologies, and user experiences while maintaining business continuity, supporting rapid product evolution, and creating opportunities for continuous optimization.
03
As Digital Marketing Manager, I led website strategy and execution across product launches, campaigns, and optimization initiatives. I partnered closely with Product Marketing, Design, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, and Marketing Operations to deliver digital experiences that supported both marketing objectives and enterprise integration efforts.
My responsibilities included auditing website integrations, consolidating digital experiences following the Cisco acquisition, leading A/B testing with Optimizely, analyzing user behavior through heatmaps, improving conversion paths, implementing enterprise cookie compliance, and designing the Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience for Webex Events within the broader Webex product ecosystem.
04
Rather than treating the acquisition as a one-time migration, I focused on building a stronger digital experience through iterative improvements. Every integration, experiment, and optimization initiative was an opportunity to simplify the ecosystem, improve usability, and better align the website with enterprise standards while supporting business growth.
